Things to do in Chicago This Weekend (April 5-7)

Looking for things to do in Chicago? Here are a few of the Reside Living Concierge Team’s top picks for the weekend.

• The Chicago Improv Festival continues through Sunday, April 7. The fest is broken down into nine categories, including long and short form, experimental, musical, puppetry among others. Similarly styled shows are in the same venue so it’s easy for audience members to choose what they would like to see. Most acts are doing two performances on different days so audience members don’t have to choose between two great performances.

• Wolff’s Flea Market returns to Allstate Arena on Sunday, April 7 with a diverse mix of merchandise including new souvenirs, antiques, sports cards, collectables, electronics, jewelry, food and more. 6am-3pm.

• This Sunday morning, Chicago will be kicking off the race season with the Shamrock Shuffle! The race starts and finishes in Grant Park. Look for the Reside Living employee team! Are you participating? Let us know or send us your pictures atresideathletics@resideliving.com.

• This Friday through Sunday, visit the Architectural Artifacts Lot Auction in Lakeview. The treasure trove of set designers and interior decorators is clearing off its shelves. Get everything form an Early American Dress Form to an American Scientific Scale to a pair of beveled glass French doors.
